Sonya's "Lucky Me" was featured online « Greenpeace USA: Photos to Save the Whales. Her drawing was inspired by a dream. It represents our interspecies communication between whales and humans. In her dream, she felt lucky to have seen the tail of a whale, a sign of protection and help. One can learn a lot from a whale, if you take time to connect. Saving the whale, Master of the Ocean, from any harm is like saving your Master of Emotions, because nothing good comes from killing the Universal Spirit.
Sonya is inspired through many of her dreams. In early 2011, a big lady came into her dream and warned her to get her breasts checked immediately. She soon was diagnosed with invasive, hereditary breast cancer and sought out life-saving treatment.
